Visualizer / Graphic Designer

Key Responsibilities

• Visualize and conceptualize creative ideas for eLearning modules, presentations, marketing creatives, and digital learning content.
• Develop storyboards, mood boards, wireframes, and visual concepts based on project briefs.
• Design clean and professional graphics, layouts, illustrations, icons, and UI screens.
• Work with Instructional Designers to convert content into engaging visual formats.
• Produce high-quality creatives aligned with brand guidelines.
• Manage multiple design assignments with timely delivery.
• Stay updated on design trends, visualization techniques, and new creative tools.

Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong understanding of visual hierarchy, typography, color theory, and layout principles.
• Ability to visualize concepts from scratch—mood boards, sketches, rough layouts.
• Experience creating digital assets for websites, eLearning, social media, and presentations.
• Creative problem-solving and strong visualization skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and time management.
• Ability to interpret briefs and present creative ideas clearly.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in eLearning, EdTech, media, or creative agencies.
• Exposure to designing visuals for learning modules, infographics, slide decks, and interactive content.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
