Job Summary: We are looking for a Visual Merchandiser to enhance the in-store shopping experience at Amartex by creating engaging and commercially driven visual displays. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of fashion trends, retail aesthetics, and customer behavior to optimize product placement and store design. Key Responsibilities: 1. Store Visual Presentation & Merchandising: Develop and implement visual merchandising strategies to maximize store appeal and sales. Design and set up window displays, focal points, and in-store layouts in alignment with seasonal trends and promotions. Ensure proper product presentation, including folding, stacking, and hanging techniques. Maintain store visual standards in coordination with the store operations team. 2. Sales Optimization & Customer Experience: Utilize visual merchandising to improve customer engagement and drive sales. Analyze customer shopping patterns to adjust displays for higher conversions. Coordinate with the marketing and store teams to execute promotional campaigns. 3. Inventory & Space Management: Plan product rotation and manage stock levels for effective display utilization. Optimize store layout to ensure maximum visibility of high-margin and best-selling products. 4. Brand Identity & Compliance: Ensure all displays align with Amartex branding and corporate identity. Regularly update visual merchandising guidelines and train store staff accordingly. 5. Collaboration & Training: Work closely with the Buying, Marketing, and Operations teams to align merchandising strategies. Train store staff on visual merchandising principles and display maintenance. Requirements: 1. Experience & Skills: 3-5 years of experience in visual merchandising in the retail or fashion industry. Strong creative and design skills with knowledge of current retail trends. Proficiency in visual merchandising tools and software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp). Understanding of customer psychology and in-store navigation strategies. Ability to analyze sales data and adjust merchandising techniques accordingly. 2. Education: Bachelors degree in Visual Merchandising, Fashion Design, Retail Management, or a related field. 3. Personality Traits: Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced retail environment.
