Role Overview

Build91 is looking for a Video Editing Specialist to create polished real estate and architectural videos by merging multiple footage sources, adding text, music, annotations, and simple animations to clearly communicate project routes, site context, and key landmarks. The role also involves basic 3D superimposition of project models or elements onto real-world footage to enhance presentations for developers, architects, and interior designers.

Key Responsibilities

• Merge and sequence multiple video clips (on-ground, drone, walkthroughs, maps) into coherent story-driven edits for real estate and interior projects.
• Add on-screen text, lower-thirds, titles, and callouts to highlight locations, project USPs, and key information.
• Integrate background music, adjust audio levels, and ensure clean sound for voice-overs or on-site recordings.
• Create simple motion graphics and annotations such as arrows, paths, and route directions on road and map footage to show access, connectivity, and nearby landmarks.
• Perform color correction, basic color grading, stabilization, and noise reduction to maintain a consistent, premium visual quality across all clips.
• Execute basic 3D superimposition: overlay 3D renders or elements (buildings, placeholders, labels) on real footage in sync with perspective and camera movement, in coordination with the 3D visualization team.
• Collaborate closely with 3D artists, graphic designers, and project managers at Build91 to interpret briefs, moodboards, and client references.
• Adapt outputs for multiple platforms and formats (WhatsApp share, YouTube, website, client presentations), optimizing resolution, aspect ratio, and file size.
• Incorporate feedback from internal stakeholders and clients, iterate quickly, and deliver within agreed timelines.

Required Skills and Experience

• 2–3 years of hands-on experience in video editing, preferably in real estate, architectural visualization, interior design, or related fields.
• Strong command of professional editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or Final Cut Pro; plus basic familiarity with After Effects or similar for motion graphics and 3D compositing helpers.
• Basic understanding of 3D workflows (Blender/3ds Max/SketchUp/Unreal/Unity etc.) sufficient to coordinate with 3D teams and handle simple overlays or camera-matched elements.
• Solid sense of pacing, storytelling, and transitions for walkthroughs, location explainers, and marketing videos.
• Working knowledge of color correction, color grading, LUTs, and export settings for web and mobile delivery.
• Attention to detail, strong visual aesthetics, and ability to maintain brand consistency across multiple projects.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
