Job Description

Role Overview


We are looking for a talented and imaginative Visual Designer to join our creative team. In this role, you will craft visually compelling designs that elevate our brand across digital and print platforms. You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to produce innovative visual assets—ranging from static to dynamic creatives—that effectively convey our brand narrative and engage our audience.


Key Responsibilities


Design Development

Create visually engaging, brand-aligned designs for digital campaigns, social media, print materials, packaging, and marketing collaterals.


Concept Ideation

Collaborate with internal teams to brainstorm and conceptualize creative directions that align with business goals and audience insights.


Brand Identity

Support the creation, evolution, and enforcement of brand guidelines to ensure visual consistency across all touchpoints.


Motion & Video Design

Design and edit high-quality videos, animations, and GIFs using tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.


Layout & Composition

Craft layouts that demonstrate strong visual hierarchy, balance, and readability across various formats.


Image Enhancement

Edit, retouch, and manipulate visual assets to meet desired quality and aesthetic standards.


Typography

Apply thoughtful typographic choices to enhance the tone and clarity of visual communication.


Cross-Team Collaboration

Work closely with marketing, content, and development teams to ensure creative alignment and timely delivery.


Iteration & Feedback

Incorporate stakeholder feedback effectively to refine and finalize designs.


Quality Control

Maintain high creative standards and ensure every output meets brand quality benchmarks.


Continuous Learning

Stay updated with emerging design trends, tools, and technologies to bring fresh ideas and approaches.


Qualifications & Skills


  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related discipline
  • 2–3 years of professional experience in visual design
  • Hands-on experience with AI-based creative tools
  • Proficiency in UI/UX design — crafting intuitive layouts and seamless digital experiences
  • Strong portfolio showcasing diverse design capabilities across media formats
  • Expertise in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro)
  • Deep understanding of design fundamentals — color theory, typography, composition, and visual hierarchy
  • Strong creative thinking, problem-solving, and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
  • Effective time management with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
  • Awareness of modern digital and social media design trends
