🔶 Role Summary

multi-disciplinary Visual Designers

You’ll work closely with our Creative Lead, Copywriter, Video Editors, and Marketplace team to produce content that is bold, modern, and high-converting.

🔶 Key Responsibilities (KRAs)

📌 Performance Marketing Visuals

• Create

  10–20 high-conversion static ads weekly

  for Meta, YouTube & Google.
• Add micro-animation/GIF variants to improve thumbstop rates.
• Produce multiple layout options for A/B testing.

📌 Marketplace Listing Images & Infographics

• Design

  Amazon/Flipkart listing images

  , infographics, and A+ content.
• Build clean, conversion-led product explainer visuals.
• Support the Marketplace Lead with optimisation ideas to improve CVR.

📌 Packaging & NPD Visual Development

• Create dielines, mockups, variant routes & creative packaging concepts.
• Build visual directions for new product launches.

📌 Social Media Visual Content

• Produce

  daily assets

• Static posts
• Carousels
• Stories
• Announcement banners
• Campaign creatives
• GIFs / short animations

📌 Motion & GIF Creation

• Create

  micro-motions, GIFs, animated elements, transitions

  , and simple motion loops.
• Bonus: Ability to animate packaging or product 3D renders.

📌 Speed, Iteration & Execution

• Deliver fast creative turnarounds (same day/next day).
• Generate

  multiple variants

  quickly for testing.

🔶 Who You Are (Ideal Profile)

visual thinker

• Is fluent in aesthetics, color, typography & visual problem solving
• Has skills beyond static design (GIFs, motion, illustration, 3D, etc.)
• Understands what makes a design convert, not just look good
• Moves fast, iterates faster, and loves high-volume creative output
• Thrives in experimentation-heavy creative environments
• Enjoys working with copywriters + editors to create strong storytelling

🔶 Skill Requirements (Must-Have)

• Expertise in

  Photoshop, Illustrator, and Figma

• Bonus: Ability to use After Effects, Premiere Pro, CapCut

  , or motion tools.
• Amazon/Flipkart listing experience
• 3D visuals (Blender, Cinema4D, Spline, or AI 3D tools)
• Trend-jacking ability for culturally relevant designs
• Hand-drawn or digital illustration skills

🔶 Experience

• 1 to 3 years as a Visual Designer or multi-disciplinary Graphic Designer
• Experience with D2C brands, content-first brands, or creative agencies
• A strong, visually coherent portfolio is mandatory
