About Dodo Payments

Dodo Payments is building the financial engine for the AI-powered internet — global payments, usage-based billing, compliance automation, and cross-border infrastructure for indie hackers, SaaS founders, and internet-first businesses.We’re obsessed with taste, craft, simplicity, and storytelling.We believe the right designer can shape how the world feels about Dodo Payments.Role: Visual DesignerWe’re looking for a high-taste, detail-obsessed Visual Designer who can define and evolve Dodo’s visual language across brand, web, and motion.You’ll craft work that feels premium, expressive, delightful, and instantly recognizable.What You’ll OwnBrand & Identity

Evolve the Dodo Payments brand system (mascot, colors, typography, patterns).
Create visual narratives for launches, campaigns, partnerships & merch.
Design high-quality assets: icons, illustrations, posters, textures, social visuals.

Web & Digital

Design world-class marketing pages that inspire trust & conversion.
Build web components and patterns that scale the brand across surfaces.
Collaborate with product designer so brand and product feel unified.

Motion & Interaction

Create subtle animation moments (micro-interactions, mascot motions, UI transitions).
Contribute to short launch videos or motion storytelling (nice-to-have, not mandatory).

Ideal Candidate

Strong visual taste and obsession with craft.
Excellent in Figma + Adobe Illustrator + Photoshop.
Basic proficiency in After Effects (bonus).
Portfolio with identity systems, web design, and visual storytelling.
Ability to think in systems: layout, type, grids, spacing, motion logic.
Comfortable working with vague ideas and shaping them into concise creative directions.
Speed + curiosity + willingness to push visual boundaries.
