Type: Full-Time, In-Office Department: Design Salary: ₹40,000 – ₹60,000/month Location: Vadaj, Ahmedabad About Contemy: Contemy is a growing white-label services agency specializing in Software development, LinkedIn growth, and performance-driven paid ads. We partner with founders, agencies, and service brands to help them scale through strategic digital execution and reliable delivery. Role Summary: The ideal candidate possesses a deep understanding of user-centered design, an eye for detail, and the ability to translate complex business goals into intuitive and elegant interfaces. This role is ideal for someone who has worked with international clients, understands cultural and behavioral design nuances, and can articulate design decisions clearly and persuasively in both verbal and written communication. Key Responsibilities: Lead the end-to-end design process — from user flows and wireframes to high-fidelity UI and handoff. Develop reusable design systems and maintain visual consistency across projects. Create thoughtful, conversion-optimized interfaces for websites and SaaS products. Collaborate with developers, project managers, and clients to bring ideas to life. Conduct design reviews,usability tests, and iterate based on feedback. Present work clearly in internal and client meetings — both visually and verbally. Stay up-to-date on design trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve design quality. Required Skills and Attributes 2 years of proven experience in UX and UI design, preferably in web development or SaaS environments. Strong command over design tools such as Figma, and Adobe XD.. Demonstrated experience working with global clients and multi-disciplinary teams. Excellent written and verbal communication skills — able to present and defend design rationale with clarity and diplomacy. A strong portfolio showcasing problem-solving skills, clean visual design, and a grasp of usability principles. Working knowledge of responsive design, accessibility standards, and a basic understanding of HTML/CSS is a plus.
