It’s what people feel when they hear about you, use your product, or interact with your team. And the brand team gets to shape that perception intentionally through four things :

  • And thoughtful, high-quality execution across every touchpoint
That’s why brand, for me, isn’t a vertical function - it cuts across product, CX, sales, ops, and even tech. If you’re joining this team, you’ll definitely work on top-of-funnel things - the kind that create awareness and build recall. But just as importantly, you’ll act as a

visual quality filter

for everything Flent puts out into the world. From the social media creatives we push out, to the decks we send out, to the way we announce launches - I’ll lean on you to make sure every single touchpoint reflects the perception we want to create.

About The Role

As a

Visual Designer at Flent

, you’ll help craft and scale the visual identity of the brand. Your job will be to make Flent look and feel sharp, modern, and consistent - whether that’s on social media, a landlord pitch deck, a gifting moment, or an offline activation.This is a role for someone who cares about aesthetics, detail, and storytelling through design. You’ll translate ideas into visuals that people instantly connect with, while ensuring our visual identity stays distinct and cohesive.

What you’ll broadly do

  • Shape how Flent shows up in the world From a home launch post that creates buzz, to the deck that convinces a landlord to sign with us - you’ll design the visuals that carry our story forward.
  • Build a visual language people can instantly recognize Typography, colors, layouts, icons, photography - you’ll evolve and codify the system that makes anything “feel Flent” at first glance.
  • Treat every touchpoint as a brand moment - and guard the last mile of quality From a big campaign to a simple tenant move-in guide, you’ll ensure every visual is sharp, on-brand, and reflects Flent’s taste.
  • Push the boundaries of Flent’s visual brand Keep raising the bar on taste, detail, and originality - so that over time, Flent is known not just for consistency, but for a visual identity that feels world-class.
  • Create tools that make consistency effortless Design libraries, templates, and guidelines that help the entire team put out work that looks sharp without needing you every single time.

What your day-to-day will look like

  • Designing social media creatives and campaign assets for home launches, events, and brand moments
  • Developing tenant-facing materials - move-in guides, welcome kits, and other touchpoints that set the tone for the Flent experience
  • Crafting and polishing sales decks, landlord presentations, and internal documents so they’re always sharp, consistent, and on-brand
  • Evolving and maintaining our visual identity system - templates, guidelines, and asset libraries - to make consistency effortless across the org
  • Experimenting with new visual formats (motion graphics, reels, short videos, or 3D) to extend how Flent expresses itself
  • Collaborating with photographers, videographers, and copywriters in the team to produce shoot-ready or campaign-ready visuals
  • Acting as the visual QA layer - reviewing design output across teams to make sure every single piece that goes out into the world feels distinctly Flent.

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Has 3–5 years of visual/graphic design experience (agency or in-house, consumer brands preferred)
  • Is strong in Figma and Adobe CC (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign; After Effects is a plus)
  • Has a sharp eye for typography, layout, and composition
  • Can translate abstract ideas into simple, clear, compelling visuals
  • Balances taste with pragmatism - knows when to push creative boundaries and when to keep it clean
  • Is detail-obsessed, but ships fast
  • Loves being hands-on and doesn’t mind rolling up their sleeves to figure stuff out
  • Enjoys working across teams and functions, and can manage multiple moving pieces
  • Bonus: has exposure to motion design, video editing, or 3D
