Mission of the Role

Own KuKa’s visual language across posters, carousels, reels, and micro-content — so every event feels instantly “KuKa.”

Key Responsibilities

1️⃣ Event Collateral & Campaign Kits

• Design posters for IG/FB/LinkedIn/WhatsApp (square, story, banner)
• Create teasers, save-the-dates, FAQs, and after-event “thank you” creatives
• Develop ad creatives (static + motion) with A/B variations

2️⃣ Video & Reels Editing

• Edit short-form reels (15–60s) with captions, overlays, and beat-sync
• Turn long clips into snackable edits and highlights
• Produce micro-series like “Did You Know,” “Pop Your Knowledge Bubble,” etc.

3️⃣ Brand System & Templates

• Maintain KuKa’s brand kit (colors, fonts, margins, logos)
• Build reusable templates for posts, reels, and carousels
• Develop a visual asset library (icons, textures, motifs)

4️⃣ Content Capture (on-site)

• Capture quick BTS clips, photos, and artist/participant testimonials
• Coordinate permissions and consent before filming

5️⃣ Delivery, Files & QA

• Export final files (PNG/JPG/MP4) with proper specs and naming
• Maintain an organized archive and “what worked” swipe file

6️⃣ R&D / Motion

• Experiment with kinetic type, animated posters, and timelapse
• Track design trends and adapt them to KuKa’s visual language

Success Metrics

• ≥95% on-time asset delivery
• Strong engagement on posters/reels (saves, clicks, avg watch time)
• Reduction in design revision cycles (≤1.5 avg)
• Brand consistency score in monthly review
• Conversion uplift in event registrations via creatives

Tools You’ll Use

🎨 Design: Figma / Illustrator / Photoshop / Canva

🎥 Video: Premiere Pro / CapCut / Final Cut

🧰 Utilities: Google Drive, Frame.io (or Drive comments), Font management

Must-Haves

• Sharp eye for spacing, hierarchy, and typography
• Consistent use of brand kit with creative freshness
• Ability to work from briefs and also create from scratch

Nice-to-Have

• Basic photography/videography (phone + gimbal)
• Motion graphics (After Effects/Lottie)
• Understanding of ad-safe zones and text ratios

Work Mode & Hours

Hybrid role with occasional on-site coverage in Pune (typically evenings/weekends).

Travel for local shoots reimbursed per policy.
