1000island Hotels & Resorts Pvt Ltd, Ahmedabad are seeking a talented Visual Communication Designer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating compelling visuals that enhance brand identity, effectively communicate messages, and engage audiences across digital and print platforms. You will work closely with marketing, product, and creative teams to bring concepts to life through design, illustration, and multimedia storytelling. Key Responsibilities: Design and develop visually appealing graphics, illustrations, and layouts for digital and print media, including websites, social media, presentations, brochures, and advertisements. Collaborate with marketing, product, and content teams to create branding materials that align with the companys visual identity. Develop user-friendly interfaces and experiences for websites, apps, and other digital platforms. Produce motion graphics, animations, and video content as needed. Maintain brand consistency by adhering to design guidelines and style standards. Conceptualize and execute creative campaigns for product launches, promotions, and events. Work with external vendors, such as printers and developers, to ensure high-quality production of designs. Stay updated on design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve the quality and effectiveness of visual communication. Requirements: Master Degree / Bachelors degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia Design, or a related field from Tier 1 colleges. Proven experience (5+ years) in visual communication design, graphic design, or related roles. Strong portfolio showcasing creative design skills across various media. Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects, XD, etc.). Knowledge of UI/UX principles and experience with design tools like Figma or Sketch is a plus. Experience in motion graphics, video editing, and animation tools (Premiere Pro, After Effects) is a plus. Excellent understanding of typography, color theory, and composition. Strong attention to detail, creativity, and ability to meet deadlines. Ability to take constructive feedback and iterate designs effectively. Preferred Qualifications: Experience working in branding, advertising, or marketing design. Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, or front-end development principles. Illustration and storytelling skills.
