The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in turning data into actionable insights, driving informed business decisions, and contributing to the strategic growth of Visit Health. As the Head of Data Analytics, you will: 1. Lead the data analytics team in processing and analyzing data according to established guidelines. 2. Develop and execute comprehensive reports and analyses to drive business insights. 3. Collaborate with the data warehouse team to identify and revise reporting requirements. 4. Evaluate changes and updates to source production systems, ensuring data accuracy and relevance. 5. Spearhead the development of robust data pipelines to support data standardization and accessibility. 6. Manage multiple sources of data, structure large datasets, and establish standardized schema. 7. Utilize various data visualization methods, including graphs, infographics, cohorts, heat maps, clusters, etc. Must Haves: - 5+ years of experience in data analytics, with a proven track record of leadership. - In-depth knowledge of databases such as MySQL (scripts, procedures, functions, indexes, relationships, schema management) and NoSQL. - Proficient coding skills in Python. - Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel. - Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills. - Expertise in data gathering, cleaning, and transforming techniques. - Proficiency in reporting and data visualization tools, such as Tableau, PowerBI, or equivalent. - Understanding of data warehousing and ETL techniques. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Ability to analyze existing tools and databases, providing software solution recommendations. - Understanding of addressing and metadata standards. Location: Noida / Gurgaon WFO, 6 days a week, 2 Sats off in a month CTC: Depends on the quality of the candidate, and last drawn salary. (Upto 25 lpa)
