We are looking for a highly self-motivated individual with VisionPlus (V+) (CMS) as a Lead Programmer Analyst : Experience should have 5 years to 7 years. Should have V+ CMS hands on Experience with posting knowledge. Should have strong development skills in Mainframes (Cobol, JCL, VSAM and CICS). Should be good in following functionalities Functional. Posting. Statement processing. Interest processing. Non-Mon and Monetary flow. Cards issue/re-issue processing. Understanding on the SDLC. Understanding on the Agile methodologies. Communication with customer and producing the Daily status report. Should have good oral and written communication. Should have strong Analytical Problem-solving skills. Should be a good team member and ready to lead a team. Should be proactive and adaptive. Should be flexible to work in shifts.
