Job Description

Role Overview: You will be joining our Pune office as a full-time Visa Consultant. Your main responsibilities will include handling immigration issues, providing visa services, and consulting with clients on their travel requirements. Success in this role will require effective communication skills and keen attention to detail. Key Responsibilities: - Experience in handling immigration issues and visa services - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Consulting experience in the travel industry - Knowledge of immigration regulations and procedures - Attention to detail and ability to multitask - Excellent customer service skills - Proficiency in relevant software and tools - Relevant certification or degree in travel or related field - Freshers or minimum 1-year experience in the travel and tourism industry Qualification Required: - Strong written and verbal communication skills to interact clearly with customers - Passionate customer-focused attitude with strong negotiation and rapport building skills - Knowledgeable with ticket portal (training will be provided) - Self-motivated, energetic, and capable of achieving high results - Good team player able to collaborate effectively in a team environment (Note: No additional details about the company were provided in the job description),
