Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the first point of contact, providing expert visa consultation to clients for various countries (e.g., UK, USA, Canada, Australia, Europe, Schengen).
• Accurately assess client profiles, documentation requirements, and eligibility for different visa categories.
• Guide clients through the entire visa application process, from form filling to appointment scheduling.
• Meticulously verify and compile all necessary supporting documents to ensure a high success rate.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of frequently changing immigration laws and visa policies of different embassies.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing timely updates and resolving queries.
• Achieve individual and team targets for visa application submissions and conversions.

Who We Are Looking For:

• Proven experience of 1+ years as a Visa Counselor, Visa Consultant, Immigration Advisor, or in a similar role in a consultancy.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (both verbal and written).
• In-depth knowledge of the documentation process for key countries like Canada, UK, USA, Australia.
• Strong client management and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
• Graduate degree in any field.
• High level of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
