Job Overview

True Value Overseas is hiring experienced Visa Counselors for our Chandigarh office. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in handling student visa files, client counseling, and work visa processes for countries like Canada, Australia, New Zealand, USA, and UK.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide counseling to students and clients regarding study abroad options, admission process, and visa filing.
• Guide clients through the complete visa application process — from profile assessment to documentation.
• Handle walk-in clients, telephonic inquiries, and leads generated by the marketing team.
• Stay updated with latest immigration rules and visa policies for multiple countries.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, applications, and follow-ups using CRM tools.
• Achieve monthly targets for admissions and visa file submissions.

Required Experience and Skills

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Visa Counselor / Work Visa Counselor / Study Abroad Consultant.
• Strong knowledge of Canada, Australia, New Zealand, and UK visa processes.
• Excellent communication and convincing skills in English, Hindi, or Punjabi.
• Ability to handle end-to-end visa counseling independently.

Education

• Minimum qualification: Graduate in any stream.
• Diploma or certification in Immigration Consulting / Study Abroad Counseling is an added advantage.
