Role Overview: You will be working as a full-time Visa Counselor on-site in Ambala. Your main responsibilities will include assisting clients with visa and immigration processes, providing accurate information on documentation requirements, and guiding them step-by-step through their application journey. It will be crucial for you to ensure compliance with visa regulations, maintain records, and address client queries professionally and promptly. Additionally, you may need to collaborate closely with clients to resolve challenges and offer support in meeting deadlines and eligibility criteria.
