About the Job:

We are looking for a creative and talented Visa Counsellor to join our team. As a Visa Counsellor at KR Immigration Company, you will act as a liason, provide product/services information, answer queries through calls and WhatsApp.

Role & responsibilities

• Manage incoming phone calls and WhatsApp
• Generate sales leads
• Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
• Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open and interactive communication
• Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
• Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
• Keep records of customer interactions, process customer details and file documents
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
• Take the extra mile to engage customers

Preferred candidate profile

· FRESHERS are most welcome

• Proven experience as a Visa Counsellor are also welcome, with excellent communication skills.

· Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

· Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and creative thinking.

· Excellent time management and organizational skills.

• Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
• Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
