Job Title: Global Visa Consultant - Customer Care Location: Navi Mumbai (India) Position Overview : A dedicated Global Visa consultant is sought to join our team. Individual would play a crucial role in facilitating visa application processes for clients seeking to travel or immigrate internationally. Consultant would need to provide expert guidance, assistance and support to clients throughout the visa application journey, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and requirements across various countries and regions worldwide. Key Responsibilities: Experience in handling Inbound and Outbound calls globally with good telephonic handling etiquette skills. Experienced Sales Candidates with a flair for Sales, required for the travel team. In-depth knowledge of travel destinations, Global Visa, and Inbound and Outbound Holiday packages (USA, Canada, UK, Schengen, and other countries that require the visa) is preferred. Excellent Customer service and Communication skills (Both Written and Verbal) is essential. Conduct detailed consultations with clients to understand their specific visa requirements, travel plans and immigrations goals and then create perfect plans accordingly thru online, telephone, or by email. Provide personalized advice and identify upsell or cross-selling opportunities on visa types, application procedures, documentation requirements and related services based on individual clients needs and requirements. Issue flight tickets, hotel reservations, and other travel services and experience working with Amadeus /Sabre GDS Stay updated on visa policies, regulations and procedures across various countries and regions, including changes in immigration laws, visa categories, and application requirements, Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, demonstrating empathy, patience and responsiveness in handling consumer complaints and resolving all challenges accordingly, Collaborate with internal teams and service providers to deliver end-end visa solutions and enhance the overall client experience. Collect, review and maintain detailed records of client interactions, documentations, visa applications and related correspondences accurately for audit, compliance and reference purposes. Qualification and Skills: At least 2 years of experience in managing international relations as a Travel Consultant or in any BPO sector process managing end-end sales and closures. High school diploma or bachelor's degree in any stream (in tourism may be preferred), travel, or hospitality. Proficiency in using Visa application systems, databases and software tools. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize deadlines and maintain accurate records. The ability to build and maintain positive relationships with vendors of direct travel (existing relationships may be advantageous). Strong interpersonal skills and customer service orientation with the ability to build rapport, communicate effectively and provide exceptional client support. Result oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth Proficiency in using Sales tools, CRM and Microsoft Office suite applications.
