About Us: Visa Architect helps professionals, entrepreneurs, and investors navigate U.S. immigration. We specialize in work visas like O-1, L-1, E-2, and E-3, as well as green cards including EB-1A, EB-2 NIW, and EB-5. Over the years, we've helped hundreds of clients successfully secure their visas and green cards through a personalized, hands-on approach. Our clients come from diverse backgrounds—STEM professionals, startup founders, investors—and we take pride in finding the right immigration pathway for each person's unique situation. The Role: We're looking for a Business Development Executive to join our team. This isn't just about hitting numbers. You'll be working with people at pivotal moments in their lives—helping them understand their options, recommending the best visa route, and guiding them through what can be a complex process. You'll spend your time talking to potential clients, understanding their goals (whether that's relocating for work, starting a business in the U.S., or making a major investment), and presenting solutions that actually fit their needs. What you'll be doing: Reaching out to and qualifying leads who are interested in U.S. immigration services Having conversations with potential clients to understand their background and goals Explaining our visa and green card options in a clear, straightforward way Recommending the right immigration pathway based on each client's situation Keeping track of your conversations and managing your pipeline Working with our marketing team to improve how we generate and nurture leads Meeting your sales targets while maintaining quality client interactions Staying informed about U.S. immigration policy changes that affect our services What we're looking for: Experience in sales (ideally 2+ years), particularly in services like immigration, education consulting, financial services, or B2C professional services Strong communication skills—you should be comfortable on calls, over email, and in presentations Ability to listen well and ask the right questions to understand what clients actually need A track record of meeting sales goals without compromising on service quality Comfortable working independently but also collaborating with the team Bonus points if you have experience in immigration services, EdTech sales, or working with international clients Why this might be a good fit: If you enjoy consultative sales where you're actually solving problems for people, this could be interesting. The immigration space is growing, and you'd be working with clients from all over the world who are making major life decisions. It's not transactional work—you'll build relationships and see the real impact of what you do. We offer flexibility (remote or Chennai-based), competitive pay with performance incentives, and room to grow as we expand. Interested?
