Role Description This is a part-time remote role for a Software Development Engineer (SDE) Intern at BridgeYU . We’re looking for a Frontend wizard who is passionate about crafting clean, responsive, and beautiful user interfaces. As an SDE Intern, you will play a key role in building, maintaining, and integrating frontend components with backend systems. Qualifications Strong proficiency in TypeScript and React.js Hands-on experience with Tailwind CSS and shadcn/ui component library Solid understanding of Redux Toolkit Query (RTK Query) for state and API management Experience with MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js) Familiarity with RESTful APIs and database design principles Good understanding of cloud platforms (especially Azure) and basic cloud services (e.g., storage, functions) Basic backend development skills (Express.js or Node.js experience is a plus) Proficient with Git and GitHub for version control and collaborative workflows Ability to develop and deploy full-stack web applications or projects Strong problem-solving, debugging, and code optimization skills Good communication and teamwork skills; able to work in collaborative, agile environments Pursuing a degree in Computer Science , Software Engineering , or a related technical field Previous internship , freelance , or personal project experience is a strong plus
