Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of customers through inbound & outbound calling
  • Drive customer engagement on digital banking platforms
  • Understand customer needs and provide suitable banking solutions
  • Promote & cross-sell banking products: Savings, Cards, Loans, Insurance & Investments
  • Ensure high standards of customer service and complaint resolution
  • Achieve monthly revenue & customer satisfaction targets
  • Maintain compliance and documentation as per bank policies

  • Strong communication & interpersonal skills
  • Good knowledge of banking products (Preferred)
