Reporting to: Lead - Virtual Sales Manager Key responsibilities Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their investment needs and goals are met through regular communication and personalized service. Sales Plan Execution: Develop and implement tailored sales strategies to align with clients' financial objectives and enhance their investment portfolios. New Business Generation: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities by approaching potential clients and establishing meaningful relationships. Upselling and Cross-Selling: Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to maximize revenue. Quality Promotion: Ensure high standards of sales and service processes are upheld to enhance client satisfaction. Client Retention and Renewal: Aim to preserve existing clients by renewing contracts and providing continuous support and advisory services.
