Roles and Responsibilities
Engage virtually with customers to assess needs and promote bank products across liabilities, assets, cards, wealth, and digital channels.
Acquire new customers and onboard existing ones into higher-engagement programs (HNI, Select, NRI).
Achieve sales and service targets outreach, cross-sell, digital adoption, revenue, and referrals.
Provide superior remote servicing through proactive engagement, issue resolution, and digital onboarding.
Ensure compliance with all bank policies, processes, and documentation standards.
Use data insights to identify high-value customers and deepen relationships.
Collaborate with internal teams for smooth service delivery and lead generation support.
