Virtual Care - Role & responsibilities. 1. Call potential and existing customers to promote and sell HDFC Banks banking products and services. 2. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring their needs are met with the right products and services. 3. Provide personalized banking solutions over a virtual platform. 4. Meet sales targets and performance goals set by the bank 5. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, and follow-ups. RBB - 1. Building long-term relationships with customers to enhance loyalty. 2. Cross-selling and up-selling banking products 3. Overseeing branch safety, security, and facility management. 4. Conducting internal audits and ensuring operational discipline. RETAIL AGRI- 1. Sourcing and processing of agri and allied loans 2. Building and maintaining relationships with farmers, FPOs 3. Gathering data on local crop trends, weather conditions, agri input prices, and commodity markets.
