Job Description

Manage emails, calls, and scheduling. Assist with data entry and report generation. Handle basic administrative tasks and online research. Coordinate with teams and clients as needed.Manage incoming and outgoing emails, prioritizing and responding appropriately. Handle incoming and outgoing phone calls, taking messages and directing calls as needed. Maintain and manage calendars, scheduling appointments and meetings. Perform rentry and maintain accurate records. Generate reports and presentations as required. Handle basic administrative tasks, such as filing, organizing documents, and managing correspondence. Conduct online research to gather information and support projects.
