Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Virtual Assistant, located in New Delhi. The Virtual Assistant will be responsible for managing daily administrative tasks, communicating with clients, scheduling meetings, and handling correspondence. The role also includes tasks related to data entry, maintaining records, and assisting in the coordination of marketing campaigns. The Virtual Assistant will support the team to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

Qualifications

• Administrative tasks: Proficiency in managing schedules, handling correspondence, and data entry
• Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Technical skills: Familiarity with office software and tools
• Organizational skills: Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and maintain records efficiently
• Marketing assistance: Basic knowledge of digital marketing and campaign management is a plus
• Excellent time management and problem-solving skills
• Previous experience in a similar role is beneficial
