Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Production Manager located in Rooma. The Production Manager will oversee and optimize the production operations, ensuring quality control and timely delivery of products. Responsibilities include managing production schedules, supervising a team of operators, maintaining compliance with safety and quality regulations, troubleshooting production challenges, and ensuring efficient use of resources. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and achieve production targets is an essential aspect of the role. Qualifications Strong knowledge in production planning, process optimization, and operations management. Proficiency in supervising teams and understanding different manufacturing equipment and workflows. Familiarity with quality control measures and compliance standards (ISO, CE, ANSI). Problem-solving, decision-making, and leadership skills to improve efficiency and manage challenges effectively. Excellent communication and team collaboration abilities to work with diverse teams. A degree in engineering, manufacturing, operations management, or a related field is preferred. Prior experience in the industrial or textile manufacturing field.
