This role requires a deep understanding of the Salesforce platform, excellent leadership capabilities, and hands-on experience with Apex, Lightning, and system integration. You will lead technical delivery, mentor team members, and collaborate with business stakeholders to enable CRM transformation and automation. ✴️ Key Areas:Lead end-to-end technical design and implementation of Salesforce solutions, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and custom Force.com apps.Translate business requirements into well-architected solutions using Salesforce best practices.Design and develop custom applications using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components (Aura & LWC), and Flows.Integrate Salesforce with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs, middleware (MuleSoft, Dell Boomi), and third-party tools.Collaborate with functional consultants, architects, QA, and DevOps teams to ensure successful solution delivery.Lead code reviews, performance tuning, security reviews, and deployment planning.Define and enforce governance models, development standards, and CI/CD practices.Mentor junior developers and admins on best practices in configuration, coding, and deployment.Stay updated on Salesforce product releases and recommend relevant features for adoption. ☑️ Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.7+ years of Salesforce development and architecture experience.Proficient in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, SOSL, and Salesforce CLI.Hands-on experience with Salesforce data modelling, security model, and sharing rules.Experience with Salesforce integrations (REST/SOAP, middleware, and APIs).Deep understanding of deployment tools (ANT, Change Sets, SFDX, Git, Copado or Gearset).Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.Agile/Scrum project experience. ☑️ Preferred Skills & Certifications:Salesforce certifications such as:Salesforce Platform Developer I & IISalesforce Application Architect / System ArchitectSalesforce Sales Cloud / Service Cloud ConsultantExperience with Salesforce CPQ, Field Service Lightning, Marketing Cloud, or Einstein AI is a plus.Familiarity with DevOps processes and automated testing frameworks. #firsthiring #hiringsoon #quickapplicant #kolkataitjobs
