Role Description We are seeking a highly experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to oversee and manage the financial strategy and operations of Vijay Software Solutions. In this full-time, hybrid role, based in Hyderabad, the candidate will be responsible for financial planning, analyzing financial performance, preparing reports, and ensuring regulatory compliance. The CFO will provide strategic financial guidance to the leadership team, manage the budgeting and forecasting processes, and drive informed financial decision-making to support the company's growth and innovation. This position allows for a combination of in-office and remote work. Qualifications Expertise in Financial Planning and Finance Proficiency in preparing and analyzing Financial Statements and Financial Reporting Strong Analytical Skills to drive data-informed decision-making Comprehensive knowledge of financial regulations and compliance Strategic leadership skills to manage teams and contribute to organizational growth MBA in Finance, CPA, or relevant professional certification preferred Proven track record of at least 10 years in a financial leadership role, preferably in the technology or SaaS industry
