Role: Sales and Marketing Executive - Tamil Nadu Region Location: Tamil Nadu, India (Full-Time) We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Executive to drive our business growth across the Tamil Nadu region. The ideal candidate must be proficient in the Tamil language to effectively engage with our target clientele and should preferably come from a Chartered Accountancy (CA) background or have significant experience serving the CA/Finance/Legal sectors. Key Responsibilities 1. Sales and Revenue Generation Target Achievement: Aggressively pursue and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for the Vider Practice Management platform and Litigation Management Tool within the Tamil Nadu region. Client Engagement: Identify, prospect, and engage potential clients, primarily Chartered Accountants (CAs), Finance Professionals, and Legal Firms , through cold calls, emails, networking, and product demonstrations. Consultative Selling: Conduct thorough needs assessments and present tailored solutions that demonstrate how Vider's automation platform can solve specific operational pain points (e.g., missed compliance deadlines, inefficient client management). Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor for their automation needs. 2. Market Research and Strategy Local Market Expertise: Conduct in-depth Market Research specific to the Tamil Nadu professional services landscape to identify key trends, emerging opportunities, and competitive activity. Market Planning: Devise and execute effective Market Plans and strategies that are localized and relevant to the CA and legal communities in the region. Brand Presence: Support team efforts in enhancing brand presence and awareness in Tamil Nadu through targeted campaigns, workshops, and participation in relevant industry events. 3. Communication and Reporting Effective Communication: Utilize strong Communication skills (in both English and Tamil ) to articulate Vider's value proposition clearly to clients and stakeholders. Feedback Loop: Provide continuous feedback to product and development teams based on interactions with clients and understanding of regional market demands. Reporting: Maintain accurate records of all sales and marketing activities, pipelines, and forecasts using the company CRM system. Qualifications and Skills Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field. Language: Mandatory proficiency in Tamil (reading, writing, and speaking) for effective regional communication. Experience: Proven experience (2+ years) in Sales and Marketing , with a consistent track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. Sector Background (Preferred): Direct experience working in a Chartered Accountancy (CA) firm , or Significant sales experience specifically targeting the CA, Finance, or Legal sectors. Core Competencies: Expertise in Market Planning and Market Research . Analytical thinking and adaptability to work effectively in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
