Videographer

We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented Videographer to join our studio and production team. You will play a key role in capturing, creating, and delivering visually compelling video content that brings brand stories and creative ideas to life. From concept to final edit, you’ll collaborate with creative teams, directors, and clients to produce high-quality videos that align with the project’s aesthetic and communication goals.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conceptualize, shoot, and edit engaging video content across diverse formats - including brand films, social media videos, product shoots, campaign films and behind-the-scenes content.

- Collaborate closely with the creative, social media, and production teams to understand project objectives and translate them into powerful visual narratives.

- Operate cameras, lighting setups and audio equipment to achieve desired visual styles and moods.

- Participate in pre-production planning - including location scouting, shot listing and equipment setup.

- Handle post-production editing, color correction, sound design and motion graphics integration to deliver polished final outputs.

- Maintain and organize video equipment, ensuring all gear is in top working condition.

- Stay updated on the latest trends, techniques and technologies in video production and content creation.

- Manage timelines and deliverables efficiently, maintaining high creative and technical standards under tight deadlines.

Qualifications:

- 2–3 years of professional experience as a Videographer, Cinematographer or similar role in a creative studio, agency or production environment.

- Proficiency with professional camera systems (Sony, Canon, Blackmagic, etc.) and familiarity with lenses, rigs and lighting setups.

- Strong understanding of visual storytelling, framing, and composition.

- Excellent organizational skills, with a knack for project management and multitasking.

- Good interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.

- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to dynamic project requirements.

Desired Skills:

- Creative eye for detail and the ability to translate concepts into engaging visual stories.

- Experience with color grading, motion graphics, and sound mixing is a plus.

- Ability to work collaboratively within a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Work Timings: Monday-Friday (10:30 -6:30) On Site. (Location: Nariman Point)
