This is a full-time hybrid role for a Videographer based in Dehradun, with some flexibility for remote work. The Videographer will be responsible for planning, shooting, and editing video content to meet organizational objectives. The role involves operating cameras, setting up lighting equipment, and ensuring high-quality video production. Qualifications

Proficiency in Video Production, including pre-production, shooting, and post-production processes
Experience with Camera Operation and handling various types of camera equipment
Knowledge of Lighting techniques and their application in video shooting
Strong capabilities in Shooting Video with attention to framing, angles, and composition
Familiarity with video editing tools is an advantage
Excellent time-management skills to meet deadlines
Ability to work both independently and in a collaborative team environment
Prior experience in content creation or videography in a media/political setting is a plus
