Job Summary:

We are looking for a talented and creative Media Specialist with expertise in photography, videography, and editing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for capturing high-quality visuals that showcase properties, create compelling marketing materials, and enhance our brand’s online presence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Capture high-resolution photos and videos of real estate properties, ad video,daily video shoots .
• Edit and enhance images and videos to meet high-quality marketing standards.
• Create engaging visual content for social media, websites, and property listings.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop branded multimedia content.
• Stay updated on the latest trends in real estate media, including new technologies and editing techniques.
• Manage and organize a library of digital assets for easy access and distribution.
• Ensure consistency in branding, tone, and quality across all media content.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Proven experience in photography and videography.
• Strong proficiency in photo and video editing software (Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, After Effects, etc.).
• Experience with drone photography/videography (a plus but not required).
• Knowledge of lighting, composition, and staging for real estate marketing.
• Ability to meet deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Creative thinker with strong attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience: Bachelor's Degree or 12th pass, 1-3 years Experience in social media content creation and video marketing or similar role Skills : Understanding of real estate marketing trends and strategies.Certification in photography/videography is a plus.Portfolio of shoots required .

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹32,000.00 per month
