Key Responsibilities

• Plan, shoot, and produce videos for social media, marketing campaigns, and customer features
• Capture engaging customer interaction videos, product showcases, and brand stories
• Operate and maintain various types of cameras, lenses, gimbals, and lighting equipment
• Collaborate closely with the creative and editing teams to bring concepts to life
• Frame, light, and shoot high-quality footage that aligns with the brand’s visual identity
• Experiment with creative camera angles, transitions, and shot compositions
• Manage shooting schedules, location setups, and post-shoot organization of footage
• Stay updated on the latest videography trends, cinematic techniques, and social media formats
  

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Videographer, Cinematographer, or Camera Operator
• Strong understanding of camera operations (DSLR/Mirrorless) and lighting techniques
• Ability to handle multiple camera setups and sync footage for post-production
• Knowledge of video formats, frame rates, resolutions, and file management
• Creative mindset with attention to detail, framing, and storytelling
• Basic understanding of video editing tools (Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve)
• Ability to work in dynamic environments, with customers, and tight timelines
• Knowledge of Tamil (mandatory) and Hindi or English preferred for effective communication
  

Bonus Skills

• Drone operation and aerial videography experience
• Familiarity with color correction and grading
• Experience shooting vertical content for reels and shorts
• Sound recording and on-location audio setup
