Job Overview: We are looking for a Field Support Engineer to deliver the best-in-industry customer service experience and perform service installations of our SMART KIT device in tractors. The goal is to enhance customer satisfaction, increase customer retention, and improve profitability. Responsibilities : • Visit different locations across your state to perform device installations and service. • Manage all on-site installations/service and provide video support guidance in coordination with the Technical Support team. • Conduct root cause analysis of issues at customer locations. • Resolve customer problems through field visits. • Provide training on installations, product features, and the use of our app to customers. Requirements and skills • Education: ITI Diploma or equivalent qualification. • Experience: 2-3 years of experience preferred; freshers can also apply. • Language Skills: Proficiency in Hindi and Marathi is mandatory. Good communication skills will be an added advantage Bike is mandatory. Immediate joiners preferred
