Video Producer & Editor (Marketing)

About the Role:

We’re seeking a creative and tech-savvy Video Producer & Editor to craft high-impact videos that showcase our XR, VR, and simulation products. You’ll own the full video lifecycle — from concept and shooting to editing and publishing — using both traditional tools and AI-powered workflows.

As part of India’s most awarded XR company, you will contribute to shaping impactful visual communication that strengthens our brand presence across digital and enterprise platforms.

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Own end-to-end video production lifecycle: ideation, scripting, storyboarding, filming, editing, and publishing.
2. Shoot and produce promotional videos:
3. Product demos, XR/VR simulations
4. Promotional and campaign content
5. Case studies and training videos
6. Interactive product and field footage
7. Capture in-game footage, real-life interactivity shots, and product videos of simulators and immersive experiences.
8. Create visually stunning motion graphics, intros, and animations to elevate storytelling and branding.
9. Manage and organize all video assets, maintaining consistent brand quality and visual style.
10. Optimize videos for multi-platform distribution — social media, web, presentations, and events.
11. Collaborate with marketing to brainstorm campaign visuals and video concepts.
12. Leverage AI tools for: Video generation, Image generation, scene enhancement, and visual effects
13. Design high-engagement thumbnails and visuals optimised for click-through performance.
14. Adapt content for multiple distribution formats and platforms (YouTube (16:9), Instagram/TikTok (9:16), Facebook (1:1 or 4:5)).
15. Asset Integration: Seamlessly integrate stock footage, background music, SFX, and graphics from licensed libraries.
16. Template Utilization: Work with Premiere Pro and After Effects presets to streamline editing workflows.
17. Brand Alignment: Ensure all visuals and tones remain consistent with Simulanis’ brand identity, storytelling style, and visual language.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

1. 2+ years of proven experience in video production, cinematography, editing, and creative content creation.
2. Advanced proficiency in:
3. Adobe Premiere Pro
4. Adobe After Effects
5. DaVinci Resolve
6. Strong working knowledge of:
7. Camera Operation, Framing, Lighting, and Gimbal Handling
8. Motion Graphics and Colour Grading
9. Full post-production workflow and optimisation
10. Preferred:
11. Experience with green screen/chroma key production.
12. Familiarity with AI video tools such as Runway, Pika, Descript, LTXV, or similar platforms.
