What You’ll Build (Not Just ‘Edit’)

Your job is to co-create premium, long-form business documentaries (30–35 mins) designed to scale to millions of views.

You’ll:

• Craft high-retention, research-backed, story-driven edits
• Build visual narratives using b-roll, infographics, motion graphics, memes, archival footage
• Maintain a strong editing identity unique to TUS
• Participate in script breakdowns & visual planning
• Guide creative direction with the founder
• Optimize each video for watch time, pacing, and emotional flow
• Bring your own creative judgment into the storytelling process
• Handle tight turnarounds without excuses

Skills You Must Have (Non-negotiable)

• Strong command of Premiere Pro / Resolve / Final Cut
• Solid motion graphics capability (AE basics minimum)
• Strong grasp of storytelling, pacing, rhythm, emotional beats
• Understanding of YouTube retention psychology
• Ability to cut dense, complex business narratives clearly
• Serious attention to detail
• Clean audio design, sound transitions, timing
• Fast turnaround capability
• Ability to edit Hindi + English hybrid content

You earn from:

• Profit-sharing per video (percentage of channel revenue)
