Position : Video editor Location : Tiruppur Roles & Responsibilities : Position Overview : We are seeking a talented and driven Video Editor with a passion for creating engaging short-form video content for social media, specifically Instagram Reels. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for storytelling, editing trends, and a solid grasp of pacing and transitions that perform well on Instagram. This is a full-time onsite role, requiring high daily output and fast turnarounds without compromising quality Job Details Location : Onsite Working Hours: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM (Monday to Saturday) Daily Output: Minimum 3 edited reels per day Key Responsibilities - Edit a minimum of 3 high-quality Instagram Reels per day (15-90 seconds each). - Assemble raw footage into polished final cuts that align with brand voice, tone, and visual identity. - Add text overlays, captions, transitions, music, and effects to enhance viewer engagement. - Collaborate with the in-house content team (creators, designers, and managers) to interpret briefs and deliver content aligned with current campaigns. - Adapt content based on trends, formats, and best practices for Instagram Reels. - Perform basic color correction, audio balancing, and motion graphic integration where needed. - Organize and manage footage, project files, and final exports efficiently - Stay up to date with social media content trends, viral formats, and platform updates. - Deliver edits promptly and accommodate quick revisions when required Required Skills & Qualifications - Minimum 1 year of experience editing social media videos, particularly for Instagram Reels or TikTok. - Proficiency in editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools. - Strong understanding of Instagram content trends, pacing, and audience engagement techniques. - Basic knowledge of motion graphics (Adobe After Effects or similar) is a plus. - Excellent time management skills and the ability to handle multiple edits daily. - High attention to detail and commitment to quality. - Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment What We Offer - A creative and collaborative work environment. - Opportunity to work with a content-driven team that values innovation and speed. - Exposure to diverse video formats, storytelling styles, and brand campaigns. - Regular feedback and growth opportunities in video production and editing How to Apply Job Description : Please share your resume along with a portfolio/showreel of your recent social media work Job Types: Full-time, Fresher Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month Benefits: Cell phone reimbursement Schedule: Day shift Monday to Friday Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Quarterly bonus Work Location: In person
