Video Editor

Job Overview:

We are seeking a talented and creative Video Editor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transforming raw footage into polished, high-quality video content that aligns with our brand guidelines and engages our target audience. You will work closely with the creative and marketing teams to produce visually compelling videos for various platforms, including social media, websites, campaigns, and advertisements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Edit raw video footage into engaging, high-quality content.
• Add graphics, animations, music, and effects to enhance video appeal.
• Collaborate with the creative team to understand project requirements and desired outcomes.
• Ensure videos meet brand standards and messaging guidelines.
• Optimize videos for different platforms (YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.).
• Stay updated with the latest editing trends, tools, and technologies.
• Manage multiple projects and deliver within deadlines.
• Perform color correction, sound design, and other post-production tasks.
• Maintain an organized video library and file management system.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Video Editor or similar role.
• Proficiency in editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, or DaVinci Resolve.
• Strong sense of storytelling, pacing, and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of motion graphics and sound editing is a plus.
• Familiarity with social media formats and content requirements.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
• Strong communication and time-management skills.
• A creative mindset with a keen eye for aesthetics.
• Portfolio or demo reel showcasing previous work is required.
• Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience with color grading, VFX, and 2D/3D animations.
• Basic knowledge of photography and cinematography.
• Understanding of SEO-friendly video practices.
