Key Responsibilities: - Edit raw footage to produce engaging and high-quality videos - Create Reels, Shorts, ads, and stories that stand out on social media platforms - Capture the essence of Madurai street culture in your edits - Enhance videos with music, memes, and motion graphics - Collaborate with the creative team on campaign ideas and product launches - Stay updated on the latest trends on Instagram and incorporate them into your work Qualifications Required: - Minimum 5 years of experience in video editing - Proficiency in Premiere Pro, After Effects, and CapCut Pro - Strong understanding of virality and social media algorithms - Ability to work under tight deadlines and deliver fast edits - Excellent communication skills and a good grasp of meme culture - Fluency in Tanglish (Tamil and English) is preferred Please note: The company values creativity and innovation over corporate formalities.
