Key Responsibilities: Editing Raw Footage: Review and edit raw video footage into a polished and engaging final product. This includes trimming, sequencing, and arranging clips to create a cohesive story. Post-production Tasks: Apply effects, transitions, sound, and music to enhance the videos quality and appeal. Color Grading: Adjust color settings and lighting to improve video aesthetics and maintain visual consistency. Sound Editing: Synchronize audio with video, mix sound levels, add voiceovers, music tracks, sound effects, and remove background noise. Visual Effects (VFX): Apply special effects, motion graphics, and animations to enhance visual storytelling. File Management: Organize video footage and ensure all files are correctly archived for future use. Quality Control: Ensure the final video meets technical requirements and is ready for distribution, maintaining high standards of audio and visual quality. Timely Delivery: Meet deadlines while maintaining attention to detail and creativity. Skills and Qualifications: Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve). Strong understanding of video formats, resolution, and frame rates. Creative mindset and storytelling abilities. Experience with color grading, sound editing, and special effects. Knowledge of the latest trends and techniques in video editing. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in motion graphics or animation. Experience in editing for specific platforms (e.g., YouTube, Instagram, TV). Knowledge of 3D animation or advanced VFX software.
