Job Overview

We are seeking a passionate and detail-driven Video Editor Intern

Key Responsibilities

Strategy

• Support the video content strategy across digital channels.
• Transform creative briefs into engaging visual stories.
• Align video content with marketing goals and learner engagement.

Business

• Edit and produce short-form and long-form videos for ads, social media, YouTube, training, and internal use.
• Add music, dialogues, graphics, and effects to enhance storytelling.
• Deliver platform-specific video formats optimized for performance.

Processes

• Use tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, and Canva to craft video content.
• Maintain an organized library of footage, templates, and animations.
• Assist with color grading, sound mixing, and final exporting in correct formats.

People & Talent

• Collaborate with graphic designers, content creators, and training leads for creative direction.
• Receive and apply feedback constructively to improve visual output.
• Be proactive in team brainstorms and cross-functional collaboration.

Risk Management

• Ensure copyright-safe use of music, footage, and media.
• Maintain quality, consistency, and visual clarity across edits.
• Manage timelines and flag any bottlenecks proactively.

Governance

• Keep projects properly named, archived, and version-controlled.
• Stay updated with trends in video content, social media, and editing software.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Film, Media, Communication, Design, or a related field.
• Strong portfolio or showreel showcasing video editing work.
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, and other editing software.
• Ability to handle multiple projects, manage timelines, and work in an on-site environment.
• Creativity, attention to detail, and strong storytelling instincts.
• Bonus: Motion graphics, animation, or basic color grading knowledge is a plus.
