We work with India’s boldest D2C names to produce content that drives results across platforms. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role in Mumbai for a Video Editor who eats, sleeps, and breathes content like MrBeast and Iman Gadzhi. We're looking for someone who can take raw footage and turn it into viral gold—whether it's fast-paced reels, storytelling-driven YouTube videos, or punchy ad films. You’ll be part of a fast-moving creative team that thrives on performance-driven edits and platform-native storytelling. Key Responsibilities Edit short-form and long-form video content optimized for virality and conversions Add sharp jump cuts, kinetic typography, sound effects, and pacing that match current trends Collaborate with content strategists and creative leads to shape story arcs and engagement hooks Stay on top of YouTube and Instagram trends to keep content fresh, modern, and scroll-stopping Color grade, add motion graphics, and enhance visuals to a high-production standard Organize, manage, and back up video assets efficiently Qualifications Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or similar Strong knowledge of what makes content go viral—especially in the MrBeast, Iman Gadzhi, Alex Hormozi, and short-form space Fast turnaround skills with insane attention to pacing, transitions, and storytelling flow A sharp aesthetic eye for framing, typography, and mood Self-starter mindset with the ability to take creative ownership Prior experience editing for YouTube channels, D2C brands, or social-first campaigns is a plus Degree or certification in Film, Media, or related fields is a bonus—but your portfolio matters more If you’ve ever paused a MrBeast video just to analyze the edit—or rewatched a reel because the pacing slapped—we want you on our team.
