Job Overview Lit Growth Agency is looking for a Video Editor who can bring creative ideas to life through video content. If you have a strong eye for detail, storytelling, and an understanding of digital content trends, this role is for you! You will be responsible for editing and producing high-quality videos for social media, advertisements, brand campaigns, and corporate projects. Your work will play a crucial role in shaping the brand presence of our clients by creating engaging and impactful video content. Key Responsibilities Video Editing & Production: ● Edit short-form and long-form videos for social media, ads, YouTube and other digital platforms. ● Enhance raw footage with transitions, effects, sound design, and color correction to ensure professional-quality output. Creative Storytelling & Motion Graphics: ● Conceptualize and execute engaging video content that aligns with brand storytelling. ● Create dynamic motion graphics, animated text overlays and special effects. Content Adaptation & Optimization: ● Resize and optimize videos for different platforms (Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, Facebook, etc.). ● Ensure brand consistency in all video outputs. Collaboration & Innovation: ● Work closely with content creators, designers, and marketers to produce compelling video assets. ● Stay up-to-date with video trends, storytelling techniques, and editing styles. Skills & Qualifications Must-Have: ● 1-2 years of video editing experience (Agency background preferred). ● Expertise in Adobe Premiere Pro & After Effects (or equivalent software). ● Strong understanding of storyboarding, pacing, color grading, and sound design. ● Ability to bring ideas to life through visual storytelling and creative editing.
