Role Responsibilities Assist in editing video content for various marketing and promotional purposes. Collaborate with the creative team to develop engaging visual content. Maintain consistency in style and tone across all video projects. Support the production of video content from concept to final cut. Apply color correction and audio optimization techniques to enhance video quality. Contribute to the storyboarding process to develop engaging narratives. Edit and compile raw video footage into a polished final product. Organize and manage video assets and project files effectively. Incorporate feedback into video edits in a timely manner. Keep updated on industry trends and video editing techniques. Assist with managing timelines and deadlines for video projects. Participate in team meetings to discuss project goals and outcomes. Experiment with different styles and techniques to achieve creative goals. Support social media campaigns through tailored video content. Enhance existing video content to maximize engagement and reach. Qualifications Currently pursuing a degree in Film, Media, Communications, or a related field. Basic understanding of video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro. Familiarity with visual storytelling and editing techniques. Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Knowledge of audio editing and sound design. Ability to work independently within a remote setting. Creative mindset with a passion for video production. Prior experience with video editing (academic or personal projects) is a plus. Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects. Willingness to learn and adapt to new editing software and tools. Basic graphic design skills are a plus. Ability to provide constructive feedback and incorporate revisions. Commitment to the mission and values of Vilasitawear. Strong problem-solving skills and resourcefulness.
