Role Overview :

A hands-on video editor who can work with our creative team to edit reels, shorts, long-form videos, add motion graphics, apply color grading, and turn raw footage into scroll-stopping content.

Key Responsibilities :

• Edit short-form & long-form videos (Reels, Shorts, YouTube, brand promos).
• Add text overlays, transitions, SFX, music & basic motion graphics.
• Do basic color correction/grading to enhance visual quality.
• Organize footage, maintain project files & manage multiple versions.
• Collaborate with the content & design team for fast turnarounds.
• Export videos in correct formats (vertical/horizontal) with proper presets.
• Create subtitles/closed captions when required.
• Ensure clean audio, balanced levels & crisp final output.

Requirements:

don’t

• Basic experience in video editing (portfolio/Reels/YouTube link required).
• Hands-on with Premiere Pro / Final Cut Pro / DaVinci Resolve / CapCut.
• Understanding of pacing, hooks, transitions & storytelling for short-form content.
• Knowledge of social platform formats (aspect ratios, trends, captioning).
• Ability to take feedback and deliver quick revisions.
• Good file management, version control & attention to detail.

Good to Have :

• Motion graphics skills (After Effects, simple animations).
• Experience with LUTs, color grading & audio mixing.
• Interest in creators, influencer marketing & digital storytelling.
