Key Responsibilities Understand scripts and plan shot setups (framing, lighting, angles, location) Operate camera, lighting, and sound equipment during shoots Direct on-set actions — guide actors, real users, or team members for natural, engaging delivery Ensure clean, sharp visuals that align with Smotect’s modern yet Ayurvedic identity Edit videos for reels, testimonials, memes, vox pops, and brand content Add subtitles, transitions, motion graphics, sound effects, and background music Sync visuals with brand tone – mix humor, emotion, and storytelling effectively Optimize all content for Instagram, with fast-paced edits and engaging hooks Take end-to-end responsibility for each video – from shoot planning to final export Maintain brand consistency in visuals, fonts, colors, and style Bring fresh visual ideas to boost engagement, while staying efficient Organize and back up footage after every shoot Meet tight timelines with high-quality, polished edits Be flexible with revisions based on feedback or performance About Company: Smotect was founded to bring a positive change in society by helping individuals enhance their overall quality of life by developing holistic health & wellness programs.
