🎥 What You’ll Do

• Edit

  10–20 performance ads per week

  , optimized for Meta/Google/YouTube.
• Use punchy hooks, fast cuts, jump edits, and strong narrative pacing.
• Create

  multiple variants per script

  for A/B testing (hooks, captions, layouts).
• Use AI video tools such as

  Runway, Pika, Sora-style generators

  to produce: Transitions, Product animations, and Visual overlays.
• Clean, trim, colour-correct, stabilise, and enhance creator/founder-shot clips.
• Remove noise, add clarity, and refine pacing for natural UGC-style storytelling.
• Add bold, legible subtitles optimised for

  Reels & TikTok.

• Create

  trend-driven content

  for social channels (IG Reels, YouTube Shorts).
• Work closely with the

  camera handler

  to ensure shoots capture the right angles & takes.
• Pre-plan visual structure with the

  creative lead

  before editing.
• Deliver fully edited videos within

  24–48 hours,

  depending on complexity.
• Maintain high output without compromising overall creative quality.

• Lives on Reels, TikTok, Shorts, and creator content
• Understands how video edits drive conversions
• Has fast hands, a fast mind, and sharp, creative instincts
• Loves short-form storytelling & internet culture

• Is comfortable learning & adopting AI editing tools

• Understands brand aesthetics & consistency

• Experience in wellness/D2C is a must
