Airoli, Navi Mumbai / Hinjewadi, Pune

Role & Responsibilities

Responsible for creating, manipulating, and editing training videos for clients.
Attend training sessions and create videos, ensuring client expectations and guidelines are met.
Work collaboratively with team members to set video flow and resolve challenges that arise during tasks.
Accountable for completing tasks within the given time frame.
Collaborate with team members to refine content creation processes and operations to improve efficiency and effectiveness of team deliverables.
Apply creativity to understand content and visualize the desired output.

Technical and Functional Skills

Bachelor's degree with 3+ years of experience in video creation and editing.
Expertise in Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Audition, Adobe After Effects, and Final Cut Pro.
Solid experience with digital technology and editing software packages (e.g., Avid Media Composer, Lightworks, Premiere, After Effects, and Final Cut Pro).
Portfolio demonstrating strong knowledge of video production and post-production best practices.
Passion for all aspects of video production and post-production, including videography techniques, studio management, and color composition.
Familiarity with SCM terminologies, Incoterms, import/export regulations (good to have).
Thorough knowledge of timing, motivation, and continuity.
Familiarity with special effects, 3D, and compositing.
Ability to work with minimal supervision and deliver accurate results in job assignments.
Ability to work under pressure, collaborate with others, and maintain flexibility with departmental schedules.
Flexibility to be on call and work outside of regular working hours to support customer inquiries.
