Role Overview: Responsible for creating, managing, and optimizing digital content for the Learning Management System. This role demands a blend of content creation, technical formatting, research, and multimedia skills to support high-quality digital learning experiences. Key Responsibilities: • Develop, format, and upload documents, course materials, and assessments to the LMS, ensuring accurate categorization and seamless navigation. • Research and curate high-quality content from credible academic sources to enhance learning modules and maintain content consistency. • Write scripts for e-learning videos, aligning content with learning objectives. • Collaborate closely with subject matter experts to ensure content aligns with academic goals and enhances learner outcomes. • Edit and enhance educational videos, incorporating visual aids, animations, and transitions for impactful learning experiences. • Proofread course materials for grammar, clarity, and consistency, ensuring adherence to academic standards and institutional guidelines. • Regularly review and update existing content based on student and faculty feedback to improve learning outcomes. • Analyze student engagement data to optimize content quality, identify improvement areas, and support content performance reporting. • Collaborate effectively with SMEs, faculty, and technical teams for continuous content enhancement and learner success. Qualifications & Skills Required: • Proficiency in video editing and AI-Content development tools like Vyond or similar platforms. • Advanced document formatting skills using MS Word, Google Docs, and PDF editors for academic content. • Strong organizational skills for accurate data entry and management in digital systems. • Familiarity with graphic design tools like Canva or Adobe Photoshop (preferred). • Basic experience with data analysis tools for tracking content performance. • Excellent written and verbal communication for scriptwriting, content creation, and collaboration. • High attention to detail in proofreading, formatting, and data accuracy. • Effective time management and multitasking abilities to handle multiple projects. • Strong collaboration skills for working with SMEs, faculty, and technical teams. • Creativity in crafting engaging learning materials and video scripts. • Quick learner with a proactive approach to adopting new tools and technologies Show more Show less
